Susan Miller has over 30 years’ marketing, market research and management experience in corporate, agency and consultancy roles, with the likes of American Express, Sky Channel, Village Roadshow, Westpac, Pinpoint and UltraFeedback as well as developing new businesses including The Voice of Baby Boomers and The Brain Department, prior to founding Lucidity Group.
Susan has been specialising in market research for the last 15 years, with a focus on Qualitative Research facilitation, Customer Satisfaction, and Employee Engagement studies.
With her own experience of senior management challenges, Susan’s commitment as a market research consultant is to work closely with clients to clearly understand their key strategic issues and always deliver pragmatic research findings with actionable insights.
Susan has successfully designed and conducted major qualitative and quantitative research projects for some of Australia’s leading companies including Johnson & Johnson Medical, Dymocks, Noni B, AstraZeneca, Toll Group, NSW Business Chamber, Guide Dogs NSW, Premier Cabs, RetireAustralia, Exclusive Tyre Distributors, Thomas & Coffey, Sabre Group, and Universal Gift Cards.
Susan is also a highly experienced mentor, having worked with McCarthy Mentoring; co-developed the Women in Leadership mentoring program for the STW Group; and now a volunteer mentor with Raise–The Youth Mentoring Foundation; as well as mentoring clients at every level of management.

Helena has worked in market research since the 1990s.
She started her career in brand management at Lever Rexona, making a transition into market research during the ‘90s with AC Nielsen, working with FMCG clients to assist them with analysing their grocery tracking and consumer panel data.
Since 2005 Helena has worked with various bespoke research agencies project managing both quantitative and qualitative customer focused research.
As a delivery team member Helena brings a deep understanding of client expectations and brings experience using a variety of methodologies ranging from online to face to face or focus group to projects from initiation through to the reporting and follow up phase.
Helena is passionate about seeing clients using their research measures to initiate or measure the impact of change.
