Given her own experience of senior management challenges, Susan is committed to work closely with clients to clearly understand their key strategic issues and always deliver research findings with actionable insights.

With a background in brand management and consultancy in fast-moving consumer goods and market tracking, followed by work with various bespoke research agencies in both qual and quant customer focused research, Helena has stayed current with customer experience measurement and strategy.
As a delivery team member, Helena brings a deep understanding of client expectations to projects from initiation through to reporting and follow-up phase.

She utilises her people management and marketing experience in large corporates to find practical, client-centric solutions to business challenges. Pam also designed and lectured on Managing Customer Relationships at Macquarie University for several years.
