Our first project with Lucidity Group was qualitative in-depth interviews spanning 3 of our markets – Australia, Hong Kong and Malaysia. The second was a quantitative survey sent to our business partners in Singapore and Hong Kong.

For both projects, we found the briefing process with Lucidity Group to be highly collaborative and well structured, with strong thinking and value-add suggestions throughout the projects to ensure we achieved our desired objectives.

Another area where I feel Lucidity excelled was when Susan presented the research findings to our senior executives. Across my career and working with many other research agencies in the UK, Asia and Australia, I would say that Susan’s calm, re-assuring and knowledgeable tone when presenting to senior leaders was the most professional and consistent I have experienced.
